Don't Call Me Grandma: Births to 'Older' Moms on the Rise
Fri May 9, 2014
I travelled the world in my twenties, married at 33, kids at 35 and 37. The younger one graduates from college (in theory) when I am 60. If my kids follow in our footsteps, we won't see grandkids until we are in our 70's, and that makes me sad. I might have started earlie …
Will surge of older workers take jobs from young?
Mon Jan 6, 2014
When women entered the workforce, there weren't fewer jobs for men. The economy simply expanded. The same is true with older workers, they argue. The question is "is the economy really expanding fast enough?" The other question I would have is "is the 80 professor worki …

Controversial study suggests some math skills are hard-wired
Tue Apr 30, 2013

Tasty diet cuts heart disease, study finds
Mon Feb 25, 2013
What seems to be lost here is the diet is low in grains. Perhaps even low carb. Coincidence? No, grains are bad. Yet, the US keeps telling us to eat more.
